The present work concentrates principally towards the addition of Nano silica particles in colloidal form with the reference concrete mix. The cement was replaced with fly ash at 10, 15, 20 and 25% in concrete mixture. In addition to this 1 and 2% of Nano silica was used in concrete to enhance the fresh and hardened properties of concrete.

Development of smart concrete using carbon nano tubes would be easier.
