Description: I purchased the MM3 a little over a year ago and after trying different gap settings, it now produces very uniform grinds with very little grain going through the mash tun screen. I am also getting higher and more consistent extract rates. My previous 2 roller mill paled in comparison to the MM3. This mill is simply fantastic.
